Thank you for choosing Birdii House Social. Our goal is to provide a fun, welcoming, and enjoyable indoor golf experience for all guests. Before booking your simulator time, please review the following important information and facility policies.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
All guests entering and using Birdii House Social must acknowledge and agree to our Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement. By completing a reservation, the booking party confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the waiver on behalf of themselves and any guests attending their reservation.
Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries caused by golf clubs, golf balls, slips, falls, or misuse of equipment. Guests who do not agree to the waiver terms should not enter or use the facility.
Simulator Bay Occupancy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, a maximum of four (4) players may actively play in a simulator bay at one time.
Additional spectators may be permitted depending on facility capacity, but only four golfers may participate in gameplay within a bay during a reservation unless otherwise approved by management.
BYOB Policy – No Alcohol Permitted
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages and food for personal consumption during their reservation.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Any guest found possessing, consuming, distributing, or bringing alcoholic beverages into the facility will be asked to leave immediately. Violations of this policy may result in the termination of the reservation without refund and may affect future booking privileges.

Pace of Play & Booking Recommendations
The amount of golf that can be completed during a reservation depends heavily on each group's pace of play, familiarity with simulator technology, course selection, and overall game flow.
To help ensure an enjoyable experience, we recommend the following booking durations:
Four Players

9 Holes: Minimum of 1.5 hours

18 Holes: Minimum of 3 hours
These recommendations are estimates only and are not guarantees. Some groups may finish faster, while others may require additional time depending on pace of play. Extra time for an additional charge may be added if the next tee time is available behind you.
Birdii House Social is not responsible for rounds that cannot be completed due to slower play, late arrivals, excessive practice shots, extended breaks, or other factors that reduce playing time during a reservation.
Arrival & Reservation Responsibility
Guests are encouraged to arrive a 10 minutes before their scheduled reservation time. Simulator time begins and ends according to the reservation schedule. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time and do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
The individual making the reservation is responsible for communicating all facility rules and policies to their guests prior to arrival.
Respect for the Facility
Guests are expected to treat the facility, simulator equipment, furnishings, and fellow guests with respect. Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, disruptive conduct, or violations of facility policies may result in removal from the premises without refund.
